Three Principles

Mind

Mind stands for the universal intelligence behind life, the source of our awareness and being. It is the energy and power that animates all living things. By understanding that we are part of this greater intelligence, we can find a sense of peace. We can also achieve connection. Knowing that we are never truly alone in our experiences provides comfort.

Consciousness

Consciousness is the ability to be aware of one’s own existence, thoughts, and experiences. It allows us to perceive and interpret the world around us. Through heightened consciousness, we can gain a deeper understanding of our mental states and watch our thoughts without judgment. This awareness enables us to recognize that our feelings and experiences are transient and not fixed.

Thought

Thought is the creative force that shapes our reality. It is through our thoughts that we give meaning to our experiences. We realize that our thoughts are not necessarily reflective of reality. They are a product of our own mind. This helps us to see our mental health challenges in a new light. This realization can lead to greater clarity and resilience.
